Richard P. Cook
President
Mr. Richard P. Cook is co-portfolio manager and President of the Fund. Before forming Cook & Bynum Capital Management in 2001, Mr. Cook worked for Tudor Investment Corporation in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Cook attended Hampden-Sydney College where he graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics, Mathematics, & Applied Mathematics and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.


J. Dowe Bynum
Vice President and Secretary
Mr. J. Dowe Bynum is a co-portfolio manager and Vice President and Secretary of the Fund. Before forming Cook & Bynum Capital Management in 2001, Mr. Bynum worked as an analyst in the Equities Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., Inc. in New York, New York. Mr. Bynum attended Princeton University and graduated with a B.S.E. in Operations Research & Financial Engineering and a Certificate in Finance.


Benjamin Lowe*
Treasurer
Mr. Lowe serves as Treasurer for the Cook & Bynum Funds Trust and has been Fund Controller with ALPS Fund Services, Inc. since 2005. Mr. Lowe was Accounting Team Leader at Founders Asset Management, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to joining Founders Asset Management, Mr. Lowe was Senior Fund Accountant at INVESCO, from 2000 to 2003.


Phil Perrone*
Chief Compliance Officer
Phillip Perrone, serves as the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) for the Cook & Bynum Funds Trust and a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer with ALPS Funds Services (“ALPS”). Mr. Perrone has been with ALPS since April of 2007. Prior to ALPS, Mr. Perrone was a Vice President and CCO for Dividend Capital Realty Income Fund and Dividend Capital Investments, LLC from January 2004 through March 2007. Prior to joining Dividend Capital, Mr. Perrone spent six years with OppenheimerFunds, Inc., where he served as a Compliance Manager, ensuring adherence to a comprehensive set of federal, state and company-enforced rules and regulations. Prior to that, he spent eight years conducting audits of brokerage firms across six states and conducting special investigations for FINRA (formally known as National Association of Securities Dealers). His career began more than 20 years ago as Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager for Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. Mr. Perrone holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration/finance from Regis University.
