J. Dowe Bynum

Mr. J. Dowe Bynum is a co-portfolio manager and Vice President and Secretary of the Fund. Before forming Cook & Bynum Capital Management in 2001, Mr. Bynum worked as an analyst in the Equities Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., Inc. in New York, New York. Mr. Bynum attended Princeton University and graduated with a B.S.E. in Operations Research & Financial Engineering and a Certificate in Finance.
Charles H. Ogburn

Charles H. Ogburn has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Crawford & Company since January 1, 2010. From 2001 to 2010, he was Executive Director at the international investment firm Arcapita Inc. where he was responsible for Arcapita’s corporate investment line of business globally. Before joining Arcapita, Mr. Ogburn spent more than 15 years at the investment banking firm The Robinson-Humphrey Company Inc., most recently as Senior Managing Director and co-head of investment banking. He also previously was a corporate finance attorney with the law firm of King & Spalding. Mr. Ogburn is a director of Caribou Coffee Company, a member of the Society of International Business Fellows and a member of the advisory board of the Duke University Islamic Studies Center. He is also a director of the Atlanta Venture Forum and a trustee of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation. He graduated from Duke University and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
Bruce F. Rogers

Bruce F. Rogers is a partner with the law firm of Bainbridge, Mims, Rogers & Smith, LLP. He has extensive trial experience in such varied areas as shareholder and business litigation, complex estate and trust matters, business torts, and insurance. Mr. Rogers also routinely represents clients in other areas, including probate, corporate law, and general litigation, and is regularly engaged to mediate and arbitrate disputes. Mr. Rogers is an active member of the Birmingham community. He has served on various civic and charitable boards, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Birmingham-Southern College, having graduated magna cum laude from that institution in 1980. Thereafter, Mr. Rogers graduated in 1983 from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Rogers was elected President of the Birmingham Bar Association in 2002. He is a Fellow of the Alabama Law Foundation. He is also listed in such publications as “The Best Lawyers in America,” and “Alabama Super Lawyers.” Chambers USA named him “A Leading Lawyer in Commercial Litigation,” and he was named one of the “Top Ten Super Lawyers” in Alabama.
