Richard P. Cook
President
Mr. Richard P. Cook is co-portfolio manager and President of the Fund. Before forming Cook & Bynum Capital Management in 2001, Mr. Cook worked for Tudor Investment Corporation in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Cook attended Hampden-Sydney College where he graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics, Mathematics, & Applied Mathematics and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

J. Dowe Bynum
Vice President
Mr. J. Dowe Bynum is a co-portfolio manager and Vice President and Secretary of the Fund. Before forming Cook & Bynum Capital Management in 2001, Mr. Bynum worked as an analyst in the Equities Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., Inc. in New York, New York. Mr. Bynum attended Princeton University and graduated with a B.S.E. in Operations Research & Financial Engineering and a Certificate in Finance.

David A. Hobbs Jr.
Vice President
Mr. Hobbs is Vice President of the Fund and a principal and the Chief Operating Officer of Cook & Bynum Capital Management. Before joining Cook & Bynum Capital Management, he was a principal in Founders Investment Banking, a boutique merchant banking firm focused on merger & acquisition advisory and niche direct investing. He received an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and attended Hampden-Sydney College, where he was valedictorian of his class and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics.

Ashley A. Morris
Vice President and Assistant Secretary
Ashley Morris is the Vice President and Assistant Secretary for the Fund, as well as Director of Mutual Funds for Cook & Bynum Capital Management. Before joining Cook & Bynum, Ashley worked as a financial analyst in the corporate finance department of The Robinson-Humphrey Company in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was involved in mergers & acquisitions, public and private business valuation and related advisory work, and public equity offerings across several industries. Ashley earned an M.B.A. from the Manderson School of Business at the University of Alabama, and holds an undergraduate degree cum laude from Duke University.

Theodore Uhl
Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Uhl joined ALPS in October 2006 and is currently Deputy Compliance Officer of ALPS. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Uhl served as a Senior Risk Manager for ALPS from October 2006 until June 2010. Before joining ALPS, Mr. Uhl served as a Senior Analyst with Enenbach and Associates (RIA) and as Senior Financial Analyst at Sprint.

Lauren Johnson
Treasurer
Ms. Johnson is Assistant Vice President of ALPS after initially joining the company in September 2005 as a Fund Controller. Prior to working at ALPS, Mrs. Johnson was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers (2003 – 2005). Ms. Johson also serves as Treasurer for the Reaves Utility Income Fund, and as Assistant Treasurer for both the Caldwell & Orkin Market Opportunity Fund and Macquarie Global Infrastructure Total Return Fund.
